Charm City swag,
off the press in 2 minutes

Baltimore respects work you can see. We roll a real press into your convention booth, harborfront reception, or tailgate lot — and your guests watch their merch get made by hand.

This is a city built by trades — shipwrights, steelworkers, printers — and it still trusts anything made by hand in front of you. That is exactly what a live station is: screen, squeegee, heat, done. Whether your room is a medical or cybersecurity conference downtown, a lacrosse tournament sideline, a Preakness-week party, or a reception on the harbor promenade, guests pick a design, watch the pull, and walk off with a shirt that is still warm.

Ways we print
live in Baltimore

Five ways to put the making on display. Run a lone press in a tight booth, or pair it with a hat bar and an embroidery head for a full row of hands-on stations — tees, caps, totes, and hard goods, each one finished while the person who ordered it stands there.

Why live

Swag gets tossed.
Craft you watched gets kept.

Handing someone a boxed shirt is a transaction. Letting them watch a printer flood the screen, pull the stroke, and peel their shirt off the platen is a small piece of theater — and in a town that honors craft, that difference is the whole event.

Good to know

Plan on $5K–$15K for most Baltimore programs, with staffed events starting near $5,000. Pricing moves with headcount, hours on the press, garment choice, and the footprint we build. Crew, equipment, blanks, setup, teardown, and each print all appear as line items on one quote within 24 hours.

A press at working pace makes about a shirt a minute — up to 60 an hour — and we normally field two presses with two printers, so 100+ an hour is realistic. When a conference session lets out or a tournament game ends, pre-staged sizes and a short art menu keep the line moving.

Give each station about a 10×10 ft patch of floor, two ordinary 120V circuits, and somewhere for a line to form. The rest arrives with us: presses, dryers, ink, blanks, tables, crew. Indoor and outdoor rooms both work — outside we just ask for cover and a wind plan.

Shirts are the anchor, not the limit. DTF carries full-color art, the hat bar presses patches onto caps, embroidery adds a stitched finish, and totes and drinkware cover hard goods. A common Baltimore build is one tee design with the hat bar as the premium lane.

Yes — the whole Baltimore metro, end to end. We are a Fullerton, CA crew that tours; travel and lodging are baked into the single number on your quote, and everything needed to print rides in with us.

Expo booths are home turf. Share the booth drawing, your power order, and the freight window for the Baltimore Convention Center, and we lay the station out so orders come in one side and warm shirts go out the other — crowd drawn, aisle clear.

The quote covers the whole operation: printers and crew, presses and dryers, garments in a full size run, setup and teardown, and every piece made during the event. A compact harbor-hotel reception gets a tighter build than a stadium-lot program — the scope scales, the coverage does not.

Rooms of every size, all over the city — the Baltimore Convention Center, CFG Bank Arena, Camden Yards and the stadium-adjacent lots, Power Plant Live, plus hotel ballrooms, galleries, and private spaces. We work the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Harbor East, Mount Vernon, and Canton, and range out to Towson, Columbia, and Annapolis.
